The hotel provides a wide array of small and large banquet and meeting rooms seating up to 200 people, fully equipped for the executive guests requiring the most modern conference equipment and administrative services  such as overhead projectors, fax, personal computers and secretarial and translation support.

Since its opening in 1997, the hotel has welcomed hundreds of international and Vietnamese VIP, including national leaders and senior delegations visiting for important meetings and conferences.

Thirteen ministers from ASEAN countries held a special conference in the hotel in 2001. When the serious business of meetings is out of the way, guests can relax in the Bay view lounge Coffee, enjoying a drink whilst gazing out at the spectacular view of Halong Bay.
